What is the “All In” after school program?This program grants you full access to all of our wonderful programs, transportation, extended hours, and a daily snack and drink.

What is included in the monthly cost?Transportation from the Elementary School & Grade School to the Youth Center on school days. Free snack and drink daily. Unlimited participation in programs during regular hours. Homework Helpers program. Small personal groups. Increased hours 2:00-6:00pm. Professional Staff.

What are the program hours?Programs will run during our regular hours from 2:00-6:00pm.

What does the transportation plan look like?We will be picking up members from the Elementary School & Grade School . Grade School pick up is in the front circle at 2:45. Elementary School pick up is at 3:05 in the back parking lot.

What activities are included?Homework Helpers, Arts & Crafts, Kids in the Kitchen , Movie Night, Gaming Systems, and Computers.

Are you closed when school is closed?Yes.

Will you be open early on half days?No and there will be no transportation on half days.

What if my child has allergies?It is the member’s responsibility to be aware of their own allergies. Our staff will do our best to accommodate the youth member’s needs.

Who can pick up my child?Whoever you designate on the member information form, under the emergency contact section.

Can my child leave the center?Parent’s rules apply. We will do everything in our power to prevent a child from leaving, however legally we cannot physically restrain a child.

What type of snacks will be served?A small snack and drink will be provided daily. We have water, Gatorade, juice boxes, iced tea, yoohoo. Snacks usually include Goldfish, Chips, Cookies, Fruit Snacks, Pretzels

Is the Youth Center a child care facility?No, we are an after school educational/recreational facility.

What if my child needs to take medicine?We can store medication on an individual basis. We cannot administer drugs or medication. Our staff will not be responsible to keep track of the times or doses that need to be taken.

What happens if a child chooses not to follow the rules?Minor violations will be given a verbal warning. If the actions continue, the parent or emergency contact will be called. Gross violations will require the parent or emergency contact to pick up the child immediately.
